What this notice covers
Nora AI is a managed website-chat and WhatsApp customer-support service offered by Adryvio Studio. Businesses use it to answer enquiries and review conversations. This notice describes Nora; the business you contact and the platforms you use may have separate privacy notices.
Information processed
- Message text, AI and team replies, message identifiers and timestamps.
- Your name, email, phone number and enquiry details if supplied. WhatsApp supplies the sender number and may supply a profile name.
- A random conversation identifier stored in your browser session to restore the same website conversation.
- Business knowledge and workspace settings supplied by the business. Workspace owners can separately provide service credentials through private forms; these credentials are stored encrypted.
Calendar connections and appointments
When a business connects Google Calendar, Nora stores its access credentials encrypted and uses Google Calendar to read availability and create confirmed appointments on its primary calendar. Appointment booking collects your name, email and chosen time, shares them with the business and Google, and requests a calendar invitation. The workspace owner can disconnect calendar access, and the Google account owner can revoke access in Google Account permissions. Existing appointments remain in Google Calendar after disconnection. Google calendar information is used to provide booking features.
Use and sharing
Information supports enquiries, contact requests, human handover, service operation and security. The relevant business and its authorized workspace operator can review saved conversations and contact details.
When AI replies are enabled, recent conversation text and business instructions are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. WhatsApp messages pass through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and Kapso, which operates the live WhatsApp AI demo. Nora uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure for application operation and storage. Processing may occur outside your country. Providers process information under their own applicable terms and policies.
The Nora widget does not contain an advertising pixel or sell conversation data. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or highly sensitive information. AI replies can be inaccurate; confirm important information with the business.
Storage and retention
Conversation and contact records are stored in the business workspace for support and follow-up. The current service does not automatically expire every transcript on a fixed schedule. Records remain until removed through a verified deletion request or workspace cleanup. Provider records and backups may have separate retention practices.
Your choices
You can stop messaging, close the widget and request review, correction, export or deletion of information related to your enquiry. Clearing browser session storage does not delete conversations saved in the business workspace.
Request deletion
Email adryviomedia@gmail.com with the subject Nora AI data deletion request. No Nora account or login is required.
Identify the business you contacted, the WhatsApp number or email used, and approximately when you contacted it. We may request proportionate verification to prevent someone else removing your records. Do not send passwords, API keys, card details or identity documents unless a separately explained verification process is agreed.
We will review your request with the relevant business and explain its outcome, including any information that must be retained and why. You can also contact the business directly. Removing information from Nora does not automatically remove messages on your WhatsApp device or from Meta's separate systems.
